Maintenance Services
For general maintenance services provided by The Palms engineering/maintenance staff, please enter your requests in Commercial Cafe. This is an online tenant service request, administrative and messaging system. You may enter your service request 24/7 and the building staff will respond in a timely manner. Some services may be billable depending on the work required and material(s) used. For work that can be performed by building engineer/maintenance staff, building management will ask the tenant’s authorized representative to approve the estimated billable charges prior to scheduling work.
